At Zhep Cab, we provide on-demand cab booking and transportation services. As our services are related to passenger travel and not physical goods, the concept of shipping and delivery is not applicable.

• No products are shipped or delivered as part of our services.
• All bookings are confirmed digitally through our website/mobile application.
• Customers receive booking confirmation, driver, and cab details via SMS/Email/App notification.
• The service (ride) commences and is completed as per the scheduled booking details.
